RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your frames, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You can return unused, undamaged frames within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging and include all accessories.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

We want you to love your new frames. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We do not accept returns on clearance or promotional items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
